PRICING POLICY
You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability. Certain of the products are variable/random mass items. Whilst the average mass of the product is indicated on online as a guide to the cost, the actual product delivered to you may weigh slightly more or less than the average mass indicated. You will be charged the actual amount due in respect of the specific product delivered to you. The prices include VAT. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you.
OFFERS
The Orchard retains the right to change any web offers or conditions without notice and these will only apply as stock lasts.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We will place a holding reserve of funds equal to the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered by you during the checkout process. Payment will be effected on finalisation of your order and prior to delivery.
By submitting your order, and payment card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver as soon as it is back in stock.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

The Orchard Reward Card programme allows you to accumulate points each time you make eligible purchases in The Orchard store. The scheme is run by The Orchard, Dublin Road, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. VAT No. 4804136R
1 point for every €1 spent
Points may take 24 hours to be applied to your account after each transaction
You must present your Reward Card when you make a purchase in order to earn points on that purchase. You will earn 1 point for every €1 you spend.
It may take up to 14 working days to process your registration form and benefits will only apply from this day.
Eden Rewards points cannot be used against purchases from Weber, Neptune, Food Hall, Books & Cards.
Eligible purchases are any purchases made in The Orchard. Excluded purchases may change from time to time at The Orchard’s discretion.
In order to earn the points you have accumulated, you must have enrolled in The Orchard Reward Card programme by completing and returning an application form to The Orchard or by completing the online registration form.
Points have a value of €1 per 100 points.
If we refund or adjust any of your purchases, we will make you the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Reward Card. For your security you may be asked to produce a form of I.D with your Reward Card at the time of redemption.
The Orchard may withdraw, cancel or change these terms and conditions at any time. If you use your card following a change in The Orchard Reward Card programme you will be deemed to have accepted the change. In each case, The Orchard will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
The Orchard Reward Cards shall remain the property of The Orchard at all times.
The Orchard will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Reward Card or spend of your reward in any circumstances, including loss or theft. Please let us know promptly if you lose your card, or if you change any of your personal details.
By participating in The Orchard Reward Card programme, you consent to The Orchard retaining your information, including details of purchase, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you. If you wish to be removed from our lists and have your Reward Card cancelled, you may do so at any time. More information on our how we look after your information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other information provided in relation to the programme. Your statutory rights are unaffected. This contract shall be subject to the laws of Ireland.
4. GIFT CARD

- The Orchard Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
- The Orchard Gift Card is only valid at The Orchard Store.
- When you are paying for your purchase, simply present The Orchard Gift Card for payment.
- The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the value on the card.
- You will be issued with a transaction receipt which will outline the transaction undertaken and the balance remaining.
- Retain your gift card receipt.
- Balance enquiries can be checked at any till point.
- We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions, and any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted here.
- This card has no expiry date.
- This card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- The Orchard excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift cards.
- The Orchard reserves the right to decline any gift card which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.
5. ONLINE & INSTORE ORDERS
DELIVERY
Please note: delivery is to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the delivery.
Standard Delivery
The Orchard deliver items under 30kg anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland from Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm. Deliveries are dispatched from The Orchard on the next working day after the order has been placed and you should then receive your item within the next 5 working days. Please take note that The Orchard does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
You can track and trace your order through dpd.ie by following instructions in the email alert detailing the delivery details.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will digitally sign for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.
Goods remain property of The Orchard until signed for.
Furniture Delivery
The Orchard uses Superior to deliver furniture or orders over 30kg throughout Dublin City, Dublin County & Kildare. The Orchard uses Roscrea Express to deliver furniture or orders over 30kg throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. These items will be delivered to you unassembled. Once an order is placed preferred carrier will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. The earliest that you may receive your item is within 7 working days from the time of your order.

DPD Items Less than 30kg (Nationwide): €9.00
Roscrea Furniture Delivery over 30kg (Nationwide): €65.00 per pallet plus V.AT.
The Orchard Furniture Delivery with 2 man lift (Dublin City, Dublin County & Kildare): €50.00
RETURNS ONLINE & INSTORE
In the event your product is faulty or not fit for purpose we'll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned unused, with original packaging and delivery receipt within 7 days. Please allow up to 48hours for your return to be processed. An uplift and restocking fee may be applicable
We accept returns in store and via post. If any returns need to be made due to the above reasons please notify us with an email to info@theorchard.ie noting your name, order number and item details before returning the package to the below address. Please note that cost for posting back a return is responsibility of the customer.

You will be charged the actual amount due in respect of the specific product delivered to you. The prices include VAT. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you.
OFFERS
The Orchard retains the right to change any web offers or conditions without notice and these will only apply as stock lasts.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We will place a holding reserve of funds equal to the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered by you during the checkout process. Payment will be effected on finalisation of your order and prior to delivery.
By submitting your order, and payment card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver as soon as it is back in stock.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order.

1 point for every €1 spent
Points may take 24 hours to be applied to your account after each transaction
You must present your Reward Card when you make a purchase in order to earn points on that purchase. You will earn 1 point for every €1 you spend.
It may take up to 14 working days to process your registration form and benefits will only apply from this day.
Eden Rewards points cannot be used against purchases from Weber, Neptune, Food Hall, Books & Cards.
Eligible purchases are any purchases made in The Orchard. Excluded purchases may change from time to time at The Orchard’s discretion.
In order to earn the points you have accumulated, you must have enrolled in The Orchard Reward Card programme by completing and returning an application form to The Orchard or by completing the online registration form.
Points have a value of €1 per 100 points.
If we refund or adjust any of your purchases, we will make you the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Reward Card. For your security you may be asked to produce a form of I.D with your Reward Card at the time of redemption.
The Orchard may withdraw, cancel or change these terms and conditions at any time. If you use your card following a change in The Orchard Reward Card programme you will be deemed to have accepted the change. In each case, The Orchard will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
The Orchard Reward Cards shall remain the property of The Orchard at all times.
The Orchard will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Reward Card or spend of your reward in any circumstances, including loss or theft. Please let us know promptly if you lose your card, or if you change any of your personal details.
By participating in The Orchard Reward Card programme, you consent to The Orchard retaining your information, including details of purchase, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you. If you wish to be removed from our lists and have your Reward Card cancelled, you may do so at any time. More information on our how we look after your information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other information provided in relation to the programme. Your statutory rights are unaffected. This contract shall be subject to the laws of Ireland.
4. GIFT CARD
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Orchard is a trading name of The Orchard, a private company registered in Ireland under company number 110850, registered office Orchard Home and Garden (Celbridge Limited), Dublin Road, Celbridge, Co Kildare, VAT No. 4804136R.
- The Orchard Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
- The Orchard Gift Card is only valid at The Orchard Store.
- When you are paying for your purchase, simply present The Orchard Gift Card for payment.
- The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the value on the card.
- You will be issued with a transaction receipt which will outline the transaction undertaken and the balance remaining.
- Retain your gift card receipt.
- Balance enquiries can be checked at any till point.
- We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions, and any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted here.
- This card has no expiry date.
- This card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- The Orchard excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift cards.
- The Orchard reserves the right to decline any gift card which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.
5. ONLINE & INSTORE ORDERS
DELIVERY
Please note: delivery is to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the delivery.
Standard Delivery
The Orchard deliver items under 30kg anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland from Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm. Deliveries are dispatched from The Orchard on the next working day after the order has been placed and you should then receive your item within the next 5 working days. Please take note that The Orchard does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
You can track and trace your order through dpd.ie by following instructions in the email alert detailing the delivery details.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will digitally sign for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.
Goods remain property of The Orchard until signed for.
Furniture Delivery
The Orchard uses Superior to deliver furniture or orders over 30kg throughout Dublin City, Dublin County & Kildare. The Orchard uses Roscrea Express to deliver furniture or orders over 30kg throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. These items will be delivered to you unassembled. Once an order is placed preferred carrier will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. The earliest that you may receive your item is within 7 working days from the time of your order.

DPD Items Less than 30kg (Nationwide): €9.00
Roscrea Furniture Delivery over 30kg (Nationwide): €65.00 per pallet plus V.AT.
The Orchard Furniture Delivery with 2 man lift (Dublin City, Dublin County & Kildare): €50.00
RETURNS ONLINE & INSTORE
In the event your product is faulty or not fit for purpose we'll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned unused, with original packaging and delivery receipt within 7 days. Please allow up to 48hours for your return to be processed. An uplift and restocking fee may be applicable
We accept returns in store and via post. If any returns need to be made due to the above reasons please notify us with an email to info@theorchard.ie noting your name, order number and item details before returning the package to the below address. Please note that cost for posting back a return is responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order this may be done by contacting our online support on info@theorchard.ie, before 5pm on the day of order. We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
